What We Do

From tiny tots to teens, we offer classes to suit all levels and abilities.  We take pride in a safe and fun environment, while progressive skills are learned.

Our Gymtot classes are for students between the ages of 3 1/2 and 5 years.  These children enhance their large motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and depth perception along with understanding basic skills in gymnastics.

Our recreational gymnastics classesare for girls from a beginner level through advanced skill knowledge.  Our beginner program introduces basic skills along with an introduction to specific apparatus.  As each child progresses, they move up through our linear program and possibly up to a competitive level.

Our competitive teams consist of students ages 6–18 years.  These athletes train long and hard to prepare themselves for competition at local, state, regional, and national levels.  Some of our top athletes have participated in international competitions.
